An app for efficient HR processes
Your Future Europa (YFE) recruits, trains, and places nursing professionals from the EU and other countries in German hospitals and nursing care services.
The client was looking for a mobile app for iOS and Android, plus a web platform, that consolidates information and makes the process from recruitment to hiring transparent. This includes reducing bureaucracy and increasing back-office efficiency.
Together with our client, our team designed and developed a mobile app for iOS, Android, and the web that appeals to both applicants and clients and offers real added value with a progress timeline, AI-powered live chat, integrated learning resources, and single sign-on.
We exchanged initial ideas at the end of last year, and we were able to celebrate the go-live on September 27. We are delighted about this together with our client and would like to share a brief insight into the

Candidates should be able to track their progress at any time via a clear timeline—from language courses and credential recognition to job placement. On the client side, there was a need for a quick overview of suitable profiles, including education, language proficiency, and direct access to resumes, without the back-and-forth of emails.
Technical implementation
We rely on a cross-platform approach with a shared codebase for iOS, Android, and the web. This reduces development effort, ensures a consistent user experience, and speeds up releases. The existing Starhunter CRM serves as the central backbone: data, resumes, and process steps maintained there appear immediately in the app and on the web.
Integrated qualification
Language courses are delivered directly within the app via TalentLMS—using single sign-on without the need for an additional login. Exercises and tests are completed there. Thanks to the responsive design of the exercise format in TalentLMS, courses and tests are always displayed perfectly on all mobile devices.
Collaboration in real time
Hospitals and care providers review curated candidate profiles, access CVs with a single click, and flag favorites for further consideration. All parties involved can clarify any questions via the integrated chat feature powered by TileDesk; if the team is unavailable at short notice, an AI assistant handles the initial contact.
Secure access
Registration is handled through Auth0. Roles and permissions ensure that applicants, customers, and YFE employees each see only the information they need. A streamlined integration layer keeps the CRM, learning platform, chat, and app reliably synchronized.
Result
The process from initial contact to hiring becomes more transparent, faster, and more reliable. Candidates know what to expect next; clients make decisions based on complete information; YFE reduces coordination efforts and remains flexible with a scalable solution.
