BUSINESS SCHOOL PLATFORM
A project for an international real estate company

Case
The goal was to create an intuitive user experience on our client’s proprietary training platform. By integrating a wide range of different systems, the aim was to create an application that felt like a single, cohesive whole—with no visible differences between the interconnected IT systems.
Solution
As part of an agile project team, our experts developed a highly scalable, in-house talent management platform for onboarding and training for over 2,000 employees.
Integration of more than ten IT systems
The focus was on integrating various IT systems. Components of this complex system environment included the open-source learning management system Moodle, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, the company intranet, Active Directory, and various reporting and search services.
Our developers designed and programmed standardized REST interfaces and middleware, customized frontends, and imported data from various sources. All work served the project’s goal of enabling users to navigate the platform as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
Middleware for Moodle
For the Moodle learning management system, we developed middleware that receives and processes requests, forwards them to surrounding systems, and vice versa. The middleware acted as a standardization hub, standardizing communication between systems with non-standard interfaces.
As in other projects, we provided our clients with comprehensive consulting and support across a wide range of areas: Our developers are involved in all aspects of modern development, including requirements management, architecture, design, implementation, testing, monitoring, and documentation.
